Adopting A Piece
All work is hand-fabricated and made by hand in my studio. The connections I make with each customer are the most enjoyable part of the process since every piece is only completed when it speaks to the wearer. Please don’t hesitate to call me at 757-689-7698 if you have any questions – it’s most often easier to communicate in person than through email. However, you may also contact me via email here if time is of the essence.
Payments are accepted through Paypal’s secure online gateway – or via digital invoice emailed to you via Intuit’s secure online merchant center. Visa, MasterCard or a Bank Draft is accepted. When you pay by digital invoice, you alone will be in control of entering your credit card number or bank information directly into their secure server to satisfy the invoice. All payment transactions are secure. I will also be happy to accept your credit card information by phone, if you prefer. Items will ship when paid for in full.
Prices & Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to all purchases mailed within the state of Virginia. Prices are subject to change without notice.
All items are shipped in a “Lynn Harrisberger” signature gift box with a ziplock bag and anti-tarnish strip to keep your piece(s) in tip-top shape.
All gift certificates can be redeemed at any participating Fine Art Show or online. Each gift certificate expires 2 years after the date of issue. They are not redeemable for cash. A credit will be issued to the recipient if her total purchase is less than the amount issued.
$250, $500, $1,000 and $2,000 gift certificates are available online. Your certificate will be mailed to you at the address you give at check out. Other denominations are available by phone. Please call Lynn at 757-689-7698. If you wish to redeem the gift certificate online, please call PRIOR to purchase so proper credit is applied.
To ensure that proper credit is given to each recipient, I require the recipient’s full name, address, email address and phone number – for record keeping purposes only.
Free Insured Shipping In The Continental U.S.
Free insured shipping is available to the continental U.S. via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx – depending on the total value of each package. Expedited “Next Day” shipping is available for a flat rate of $25 per package – please notify me in advance if this is needed. All items ship Monday through Friday. Shipping is not offered on weekends or holidays.
Your piece usually ships within 24-48 hours depending on the time the order is received and my event schedule.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery. Please provide a shipping address where you know someone will be available to sign for your package. I can not ship to P.O. boxes for this reason.
I will contact you by phone or email to let you know when it ships and how long it will take for you to receive it.
Certificate Of Authenticity
All pieces will be shipped with a signed certificate of authenticity. All work within “The Turquoise Trail Collection” will also be signed and authenticated by the owner of the “Blue Moon Turquoise mine guaranteeing that it is “natural,” high quality, gem grade turquoise direct from the mine that has not been treated, stabilized or enhanced in any way.
You may exchange a piece for credit towards another within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase – as long is in it’s original, unworn condition with no missing, broken, or exchanged stones – and the finish of the metal and/or stones are not scratched or marred. To exchange an item, call Lynn at 757-689-7698 – your original sales receipt may be required.
Each item must be in it’s original condition or a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your exchange credit. I reserve the right to refuse any exchange that is not in resale condition. Credit for exchanged merchandise will be extended for 1 year from the date of purchase.
You will be responsible for shipping and insurance for all exchanges. Insure the package for the full value of the jewelry, and return it in the gift box inside of a larger box with bubble wrap to prevent rattling and protect the piece during transit.
Return Policy For Online Purchases Only
If the piece you ordered doesn’t meet your satisfaction – I will gladly issue an exchange credit (above) or refund for your purchase – ONLY IF you call me at 757-689-7698 – and return the piece within 24 hours of your receipt.
