It really takes a special person to help us see how good we really have it despite life’s ups and downs. And when we appreciate what we have, and recognize the unlimited possibilities and potential life has to offer, it’s often very humbling indeed.
Nick Vujicic (Voy-a-chich) is a very special person who has opened thousands of people’s eyes, minds, and hearts. He truly demonstrates to everyone that life is what you make of it, and it all started from the moment he was born, without arms and legs.
It would have been easy for Nick to be bitter, ask “why me?” and just give up. But he didn’t. Instead, he found a way through his inner faith, belief and sheer determination to live life as it was intended for him. He has found a way to brush his teeth, comb his hair, shave, swim, fish and play soccer. He graduated from college with a major in Financial Planning and Accounting. He didn’t just achieve independence; he found his purpose.
